Come explore the meditative process of felting with textile artist Fariba Mirzaie.

Felt, one of the oldest known forms of manipulated fibre, is a textile that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing fibres together. Explore both ancient and contemporary techniques with Fariba. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience who are looking to refine their skill and expand their creative vision. Participants will be guided through a series of sample-making projects.

This workshop is presented in connection with the Slow Clothes Fashion Show.
