Squamish Nation master carver Xwalacktun and other talented carvers will demonstrate the techniques of carving masks and other pieces.
Xwalacktun, like his ancestors, creates native art with a connection to the past, present and future. Proudly Squamish and Kwakwak’wakw, Xwalacktun’s carvings represent a myriad of Northern art forms, focusing on the Salish style.
