Indigenous Feast

The Indigenous Feast is the inaugural celebration of Indigenous cuisine, bringing a festive atmosphere to Ambleside Landing in the form of a scrumptious gathering.

Opening with a blessing of the food, visitors feast their senses on a live contemporary jazz performance by Murray Porter and a curated menu from Salmon n’ Bannock. The menu includes traditional dishes such as barbecued sockeye salmon, poached halibut, smoked oolichan in a blanket, bison berry ribs, three sisters salad and dessert.
