Join us for our annual culinary pairing event, Best of the West! We're thrilled to host this celebration of local restaurants and culinary arts at the Ambleside Pier in West Vancouver.

We're recruiting 12 participants to create winning dishes paired with wines. Don't miss this opportunity for exposure to local diners and to showcase your culinary talents. Register your restaurant now.

Time: 7– 9:30 p.m.

Location: Ambleside Pier

Application Process

Register your restaurant for this event by completing the application form below.
Menu: to avoid duplication of dishes, menu items will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Supplies & Support

Paired with wine (winery representatives will be present to provide and pour wines)
2 x 6’ tables with linens, for on-site restaurant station
Table signage
Plates, forks, and paper napkins
Hand-washing stations
Power is limited, please bring propane cooking or heating ware
The Festival will provide you with $500 to assist with your costs

Event requirements

Set up by 6:15 pm
Supply 400 menu pieces for attendees
Consider sustainability when choosing a menu item (easy to serve with minimal need for utensils and serving items)
Supply sufficient staff to plate & serve your menu item, from your station (maximum 3 people)
